EASY BACON AND CHEESE QUICHE

INGREDIENTS:

🥄1 store bought pie crust

🥄 5 eggs

🥄 1 cup of half and half

🥄 1 cup of cheddar cheese

🥄1 pkg bacon

🥄1 pkg Canadian bacon

🥄 1 white onion

🥄 1 tablespoon basil

🥄 salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) pack crust into pie dish. Pinch top with index finder to make ridges. After packing the dough, line with parchment paper and add pie weights on top (I used uncooked rice)

2.) Refrigerate dough for 30 min

3.) Bake at 350° for 13-15 min

4.) pre-cook bacon and Canadian bacon

5.) Add bacon, Canadian bacon and cheese to the bottom of pie dish

6.) Whisk eggs, half and half, basil and salt and pepper in bowl

7.) Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese

8.) Bake for 35-40 min @350°
