I would personally recommend 16:8 intermittent fasting for a sustainable and easy method for weight loss. Since you can choose your fasting and eating window depending on your lifestyle, it's manageable and doesn't require you to track any calories - only focus on the eating window!
For example, personally, I prefer 12 pm-8 pm, which means I basically skip breakfast and my first meal is lunch. Since I make sure I eat a nutritious dinner as my last meal before the fasting my body has the energy in the morning which makes the fasting much easier! But if you are a breakfast girl, you could have your last meal at 6 pm and have breakfast at 10 am for example! (10 am-6pm window).
There are different intermittent fasting methods, but I prefer this one, since I've found this to be the most effective, sustainable and easy to maintain long-term!

• fits into most routines which makes it easier to stick with
