Puppy yoga in NYC💕🐶🐾

I went to a puppy yoga yesterday with my girlfriends in NYC. This is my review!

$80 for 45 min beginner yoga + 30 min puppy playtime and mimosa

A 45-min beginner yoga with a yoga instructor and puppies running around and playing with you. + 30 min playtime with the puppies with mimosas (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options).

Every week, there’s different dog breeds. During our class we had Schnauzers 🥺😍

Me and my friends were on the first row, which I highly recommend as the puppies mostly played in the front and it’s easier to follow the instructor in the front!

Honestly tho, I did find it a bit unorganized, as the puppies were peeing everywhere and distracting the yoga instructor.

But, we got some cute pictures taken, mimosa and playtime with the puppies which was my favorite part!

If you love dogs and have $80 over to spend with your girlfriends you should go and give it a try. It was overall a fun experience and because the yoga was beginner friendly, this class could be suitable for a first-time. 🐶
