Pros & cons of being a social media manager

First off! I want to say the pros heavily outweigh the cons and i absolutely love having a job that i don’t dread every day!

There are so many pros. One being able to experience fun things in my area with my friends and family. Before i was a social media manager for my tourism marketing organization, i barely ever explored my little town. Now it seems like I’m doing fun things every week!

The main con would be the never ending and adapting the algorithm. There are sooo many days i feel so low because a post i worked on for hours didn’t perform well. Social media definitely is like being graded on every single product you put out, based on the algorithm.
