CALLING ALL HOT MOMS!!

I want to start 75 day hard MOM EDITION, we know it’s not realistic for us to work out for 45 mins inside and outside everyday… like who has the time for that?

Here are the rules i made up, adjusted for us hot moms. Let’s do this queens

1) 8k steps

Inside or outside, grocery shopping anywhere.

2) drink half hour body weight in water!

I weigh 158 so I’ll drink half of that in oz.

3) workout!

Any kind of workout. Just move your body! This workout will also count for your steps!

4) spend 30 mins a day doing something you love.

Find 30 mins to find yourself again. I love crocheting, or gaming. Even if it’s a 30 min self care routine! This is YOUR time!
