Fried pork that taste exactly like Cai fan/tzechar

Super love this dish whenever I’m ordering from the Cai fan or tze char store! It’s called the Nan ru fried pork that used fermented beancurd to marinate and the flavour is 💣 I super enjoy it! Asked my mom to cook it for me and I’m super amazed it tastes exactly like what I usually get From the stores! Definitely gonna try cooking it again🤤

Follow the steps in the images shown, we marinated the pork the night before and next day we just need to coat the meat with flour mixture and deep fry it twice! I believe you can replace the pork with chicken thigh for halal option.

It’s quite a quick dish as you only require to fry it for 5-8mins per batch as the pork are quick thinly sliced. Great dish to pair with rice! Highly recommend trying this dish out, happy cooking 🫶
