There’s a reason why they say consistency is key.😍

And it took me a while to figure out what worked for me, but I realized three things I do that set me up for success every day in order to be consistent.

Here are the three things I do:

1️⃣ SETTING A WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Setting a weekly schedule can help you plan out your week as well as remember that you have something to stick to. If you can plan a time during the day that you’re going to workout, then you’re already halfway there. All you have to do is go!

2️⃣ CHOOSING SIMPLE WORKOUTS

Choosing a simple work out to complete can help you feel accomplished. This can help, especially on days where you don’t feel motivated to even go to the gym. Choose a workout that’s short & sweet, but still gets the job done. You’re still going to be making progress and you’ll feel better mentally.

3️⃣ SETTING MY CLOTHES OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE

Set of your clothes out the night before can set you up for success on any occasion. For me, choosing my gym clothes the night before helps me remember that the gym is a priority & it’s not something that I should skip.
