Sometimes I go months with having to force myself to have a single carrot! Other months I crave so many vegetables.

Lately I’ve been wanting all the vegetables! Today I chopped up a ton of vegetable and put in a container for salads this week and to put in my eggs for breakfast and lastly I added them to a pasta salad that we had for dinner tonight with burgers!

It was a hit with the family!!🫑🍅🥒🧄🥗
