2 oz Lyre’s gin alternative

1.5 oz Blue butterfly tea

Juice of half a lime

Tonic water to the top

In a tall glass filled with ice add all your ingredients in the order above. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy! Note: to sweeten it a bit try adding a splash of orange or cranberry juice.
