This recipe is delicious and easy and comes together in minutes.
Ingredients:
~ Tin of smoked salmon. Im using Fishwife x FlybyJing Chili Crisp
~ 1/4 c. Softened cream cheese
~1 Tbsp Japanese mayo (any mayo is fine and you can leave out entirely if desired)
~3-4 green onions diced
~ 1 Tbsp chili crisp oil
Instructions:
1. Flake the tinned salmon in a mixing bowl.
2. Add half the diced green onion to start.
3. Add 1/2 the cream cheese and mayo (if using) and mix throughly until combined.
4. Add chili crisp a tsp at a time and mix and taste. Add more if desired.
5. I like mine more fishy and tend to go light on the cream cheese/mayo. If you want it creamier add more cream cheese and/or mayo. Add a little at a time and taste as you go.
6. I added the remaining green onion and a small pinch of salt.
7. Serve with crackers or crostini - or both!
This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
