I am sure you have all heard the buzz around the Hailey Bieber's $20 Strawberry Glaze Smoothie from Erewhon. Well, get ready because I am about to spill the tea and teach you how to make it right in the comfort of your own kitchen!

Here is what you will need:

🍓Strawberries (I personally use around 5 ripe strawberries)

🟤Dates for that natural sweetness (I go for about 6 pitted dates)

🥛Almond milk (you have gotta try the Almond MALK brand)

🪸Sea moss powder (Did you know this stuff is packed with anti-inflammatory benefits and can help to regulate metabolism?)

🥥Coconut yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
