LEMON GARLIC BASIL BUTTER SCALLOPS
INGREDIENTS:
Scallops
Salt
Pepper Lemon Garlic
Shallot
Basil
Butter
Directions:
1) Pat dry your scallops
2) Season with salt and pepper (both sides)
3) Throw into a pan over medium/high heat
4) Dice shallot, and add to seperate sauce pan over low/medium heat with a touch of olive oil until translucent
5) Add chopped garlic, basil and squeeze of lemon, turn heat to low, and add butter.
6) Whisk until butter is melted
7) Strain and set aside butter mixture
8) Once scallops have finished cooking and yoinhave that perfect char/crust on both sides plate and spoon that butter over each individual scallop and enjoy.
