preheat oven to 450 f. butterfly your chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. dip into egg mixture (2 scrambled eggs) and then into your italian panko. throw onto a lined baking sheet.

bake at 450 for 25 minutes. top each off with marinara & mozzarella. bake for ~5 minutes or until melty. enjoy! i served mine with a caesar salad kit for extra ease💖
