ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
3 cups oats
3 cups oat milk (or milk of choice)
1 1/2 servings vanilla protein powder
1-2 cups shredded carrots
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon
steps:
mash your bananas. add the rest of the ingredients listed above and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. let cool.
while cooling, making ‘frosting’ topping by combining 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt with 4 tbsp of cream cheese. frost your baked oats and serve! i love adding a drizzle of nut butter & pumpkin seeds for crunch
