Teriyaki tofu recipe🤩🫶🏻 The perfect healthy, plant based meal! I’m not plant based but I try to make some of my meals plant based because 1. i love tofu, 2. it’s good for the environment, and 3. it’s good for you as well!! My boyfriend approved of this dinner and loved it so it’s very friendly, even for those who aren’t plant based! #lemon8partner #healthyrecipe #plantbased

Marinade for the tofu & whatever veggie you’re serving with it (I did zucchini because it is in season):

•1/3 c coconut aminos

•1 T sesame oil

•1 T maple syrup

•1 T chili oil crunch

•1 T minced garlic

•salt, pepper to taste

I marinated my tofu for 30 minutes! This really allows the tofu to soak up the sauce and take on the flavors! If you have time, feel free to let it marinate longer, this will only enhance the flavor! Some people like to press their tofu before marinating, however I don’t find it necessary, so whatever you prefer🥰

Next, bake the tofu at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes, making sure to flip it halfway through! Serve with white rice && enjoy!🕺🏻🕺🏻
