you can’t go to UK without trying their quintessential fish & chips! we visited rybka which was highly reviewed online and it did not disappoint. it was pretty affordable as well with the fish supper platter for 2 priced at 25 pounds. 🐟

the platter came with a generous portion of fish, chips and whole-tail scampi along with the classic pea puree, curry sauce and homemade tartar sauce. 🍤 the fish and chips were perfectly cooked to crisp with its light batter that did not feel greasy at all! when dipped with the traditional curry sauce, it added an extra burst of flavour which was so delicious.

the staff here were also very attentive and friendly. this is definitely the spot to get your fish & chips fix in brighton 🤤
