and now on to the last location... the city of seoul! to be honest, there are lots of places i wanted to explore in here but due to time constraint, i've decide to prioritise on the places i really wanted to visit the most and here's the list! 👇🏻

1️⃣ write a letter to my future self at nuldam space cafe

— i've been wanting to visit this cafe for the longest time thanks to its unique concept, which allows you to write a letter to your future self APART from purchasing food and drinks at the cafe 🤤

— there are 3 branches for this cafe though i've visited the one that's located near to itaewon

— i'll be doing a more in depth review in a separate post as there's lots to cover in here !!

2️⃣ take an open class at 1 million dance studio

— fun fact: this is actually my 2nd time visiting 1 million studio (though it is my 1st at its current location), so coming back here after a long time feels really great !!

— would definitely recommend to those who enjoy dancing to attend an open class

— as usual, i'll be doing a more in-depth review about this so keep your eyes peeled on this one 👀

3️⃣ visit the hybe insight museum

— if you're a big fan of hybe groups (for e.g. bts and seventeen), you need to check out this museum!

— consisting of 2 floors and a 2 hour long tour, you can expect to find out more about your favourite hybe groups as well as what goes on behind the scenes from one of the top entertainment companies in korea

— similarly to my previous point, i'll be doing a more in-depth review as there's lots to cover from this museum 😌

4️⃣ pull lucky draw photocards at withmuu myeongdong store

— if you're a kpop fan and you happened to be in korea when your favourite kpop group just made a comeback, this is something you should do (even if its not from this particular store) 🤩

— i was lucky that i arrived in seoul during ateez's comeback and had a chance to experience the lucky draw machine and pulled photocards from there!

— as it's an uncommon concept back in singapore, it feels nice to be able to experience this and also to have thrill of guessing which member photocard did i pulled!

5️⃣ get a horoscope reading at hongdae

— while shopping at hongdae, i happened to come across this corner where you can get a reading of your horoscope/ mbti

— i dont know the exactly location but it's around the middle of hongdae cultural & arts special tourist zone (just make sure you see this brown looking space + banners with the word mbti and all's good)

— all you gotta do to get the reading is pay about 1,000 krw through a machine, where it'll hand you a coin and for you to insert and spin to get a red small ball, where the inside contains the reading!

— as always, if you're not familiar with hangul, you can use papago to translate the reading 👍🏻👍🏻

6️⃣ take photo booth pictures at hongdae (or just anywhere in korea tbh)

— didn't mention this in my previous 2 posts but korea is literally THE HEAVEN for photo booth enthusiasts (i actually found photo booths at both gangneung and jeju) and you'll find even more in hongdae SPECIFICALLY !!!

— among all the photo booths i've came across, one that caught me eye is photo signature, where it has photo frames from nct x sanrio pop up to peanuts and labixiaoxin characters 🤩🤩

— each photo booth has its own special points and all at affordable prices !! just try not to go for every photo booth because there's A LOT (or in chinese i would say, 是拍不完的🤣)

7️⃣ shop till i drop at hongdae, ewha women's street and myeongdong

— one of the things that i was looking forward to do the most is SHOPPING and i was definitely not disappointed by the wide variety of shops all around the streets

— as i was mainly shopping for clothes, myeongdong and hongdae were the 2 places i found myself splurging lots of money on! 🛍

— however compared to pre covid days, ewha women's street doesn't have as many clothings stores around as it used to be so unless you're here to visit ewha women's university, i'd suggest to skip visiting this street!

8️⃣ went on a day trip to suwon

— decides to visit suwon because i wanted to check out the hwaseong fortress and haenggung, which are also known as one of the unesco world heritage sites ✨

— there are also shopping and cafe/ restaurant streets around the area, kinda gives me artsy vibes

— if you're bored of visiting the more mainstream places, suwon is one place you can definitely explore at!

9️⃣ enjoy the breathtaking view of namsan tower

— what better way to end the day than by gazing at the stunning sky from namsan tower? (you'll be surprised by the number of people that does this)

— known to be a symbol of korea, it is one of the highest points to view the entire city of seoul and you can visit this tower via the cable car

— tip: if you'd like to see the sunset, i'll suggest heading down right before the sun sets to enjoy the panoramic view 🤩

as mentioned earlier, there are many places i wanted to visit so planning for this seoul itinerary didnt require much research. though i did frequently refer to the visit seoul website , where it provides comprehensive information about seoul and the things you can do there (be it for food, shop and so on)!
