The prettiest Omakase experience!

this was such a unique dining experience. nothing like any other omakase or sushi experience ive had ✨

@ume.williamsburg Ume makes sushi an art. The restaurnat itself is minimalistic with a patio garden seating area. You are asked to take your shoes off when you enter, and you sit on floor cushions as a part of the dining experience.

Their most popular sushi signature set is so pretty and it comes with a dish of 9 exotic seasonings from around the world. The concept is simple, you make your own handrolls with the sashimi, sushi rice and nori they prepare for you. it is a fun, experimental quality dining experience. I also loved the aesthetics of the place <3

pro tip: patio can get very warm in the summer, I recommend booking early time slots and staying inside with AC.
