3 Hidden Gems in NYC for Soup Noodles

a steaming hot bowl of soup noodles can have my entire heart.🍜I  can eat them in any weather but obviously they hit especially hard when it is cold out.

Simply Noodles

Yunnan stone pot rice noodles is a recent discovery of mine in this past year. They’re the perfect in between of ramen and clear broth noodles. Ramen is a bit too sodium heavy for me, and sometimes I want something more hearty than just clear broth. but Yunnan rice noodles are perfect, they still have the umami of a hearty soup base without being too heavy. 😍

Raku

One of my favorite udon spots all time. They have the chewiest, bounciest udon noodles ever. I highly recommend the spicy niku udon, it is a perfect for a cold winter day.

Kin Ramen

We got the Kin ramen and i LOVED it. it was perfect. the noodles were thin which made them feel very light and the pork broth was super flavorful without being to heavy. 🍜
