NYC desserts: august edition

Here are 3 desserts I had in August that blew my mind:

📍 Dudley's

order: affogato - $6

This is a newly opened australian soft serve window in lower east side. they have such fun australian inspired flavors. i tried their truffle fries special and affogato and both were amazinggg. they also have fun flavors with tim tams, maltesers, milo, that I cannot wait to go back and tyr.

the consistency of the softserve is also perfect - its light and refreshing yet still has a strong bold vanilla taste. highly recommend!

📍 Mareluna

order: profiteroles - $15

mare luna is an amazing italian restaurant in soho. their tiramisu and profiterole are also some of our favorite desserts in the city. they’re both so good, but the profiterole is my boyfriend’s favorite dessert in nyc! its the perfect combination of textures and flavors - hazelnut, sweetened almonds, vanilla icecream, chocolate syrup!

📍 THREE-HOT-POT & BBQ

order: mango bingsu - $10

the perfect ending to hot and stemy hotpot. its shaved ice with mango and syrup. the shave ice is like the consistency of snow. The flakes melt in your mouth. It is surprisingly very light, a very refreshing way to end the meal.

highly recommend these 3 desserts, the restaurants that they are from are also amazing!
