NYC Top 3 Pancakes

Here are three of my favorite pancake spots in the city. Monarch BK, Breakfast by Salt Cure, and Sunday in Brooklyn. I used to not be a sweet breakfast type of person, but recently been converted.

Monarch Restaurant : Ube Ricotta pancakes

Review: First up, I journeyed to Monarch BK in Williamsburg—where they serve asian inspired dishes. They have all the asian flavors from black sesame french toast toe kimchi waffles. Their ube ricotta pancakes are so goood.

Price: $20

Breakfast by Salt's Cure : Oatmeal griddle pancakes

Review: Next on the map: Breakfast by Salt Cure, where pancakes had me at hello. These babies were crispy on the edges and have a soft oatmealy middle which i love. My favorite is the banana nut flavor. you can get single pancakes for $5 and plates for $10- $15.

Sunday In Brooklyn / Williamsburg : Maple Praline Pancake stake

Review: Last stop, Sunday in Brooklyn—where pancakes were like edible magic. they are SO fluffy. They look thick but they’re so soft to cut into. Its like a massive sponge and it just soaks up all the maple praline goodness. It was the perfect sweet breakfast.

Price: $21 for double stack

I highly recommend all three spots, they are all my personal favs! transformed into pancake fan. 🥞🎉
