If you like makeup, you're probably familiar with highlighters - that glowy, sparkly goodness that comes in powder, cream, stick, and other forms. Personally, I prefer highlighter to highlight because I prefer the "healthy glow" that highlighter makes so easy to attain. Here are some highlighter suggestions to help you achieve the ideal glow.

Tip #1 Sweep the fine powder on the natural high points of the face with a highlighting brush. Down the center of the nose, over the cheekbones, side of your brows and cupid’s bow.

Tip #2 Choose the proper highlight color. Highlighters come in a range of shades, and each color has a different effect, so choosing the right color is essential to creating the perfect glow. Highlighters in champagne and bisque tones are universally attractive, while peach and pink tones are ideal for imparting radiance.

Tip #3 Know where to highlight - Put your highlighter on the high parts of your face, such as the nose bridge, the middle of your forehead, your cupid's bow, and the highest points of your cheeks. Bronzer and highlighter are normally used together, but if you prefer a softer, radiant look, skip the bronzer and just use highlighter.
