The BEST Strawberry Mint Mojito 🍓

So refreshing. So delicious. So easy! Recipe below!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup fresh strawberries

• 1tbsp lime juice

• mint

• cucumbers [optional]

• 2tbsp simple syrup

• 1 cup club soda

• 1/2 cup white rum

MAKE IT:

1. Muddle strawberries + mint in simple syrup & lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice into 2 glasses. Pour equal amounts of the strawberry mixture in each glass.

3. Add in the rum! 1/4 cup in each glass (or more 😉) and top each with club soda.

4. Garnish with fresh strawberries, mint & cucumber! Enjoy!
