My struggles with moving

I recently moved into my new apartment, and it was way harder than I thought. Although I am moving into my literal DREAM apartment, it has been difficult. I moved across the country to Georgia and this was my first time moving without the help of my parents.

It started off pretty bad, my mover canceled on my ten minutes before they were scheduled to come move me in. I had to scramble to find someone that day which just added more stress to an already stressful day.

I have also had to balance spending full days in lab with staying up late to build furniture and unpack my things. Later in the week I got some help from my friends, but it was an exhausting week.

But now that it is all done, I am so proud of myself! I am really proud that I was able to build my apartment from the ground up and make a home so far away from where I grew up. It has really made me excited for this school year!
