my current sunscreen collection ☀️

i am obsessed with sunscreens, it’s my favorite skincare item that i could never go without in my morning routine. these are some i found on the shelf, but i’m sure i have more hiding elsewhere in my room 😅 as someone with oily, acne-prone (cystic) skin, these all have worked well for me and i enjoy the experience when wearing them!!

i tend to reach for a chemical sunscreen because they don’t usually leave white casts. i also go for something that is lightweight and closer to the thinner/gel-cream textures because i find them to blend easily into my skin 🧴 with acne, it hurts to apply pressure on my face, so a sunscreen that can blend effortlessly with a lot of “slip” to the formula is ideal for me.

all of these sunscreens do not contribute to my acne and are comfortable to wear for long hours during the day. i don’t really have anything negative to say about each of them, because they all have their own unique benefits. it’s only a matter of getting through them and finishing each bottle 🤭

nonetheless, sun protection is such an important step in a skincare routine. it helps maintain the skin’s integrity and complexion over time, so i have no complaints for any of these products anyways! i also can’t really choose a favorite, but if i were to only pick one for the rest of my life, the beauty of joseon relief sun: rice + probiotics would be my go-to everyday sunscreen 👏🏼
