Confessions of a medical mom pt. 1: I’m grieving a motherhood I’ve never known.

•A motherhood where we’d only go to the doctor for well checks or the occasional sickness.

•A motherhood without the constant beeping of oxygen machines and feedings pumps.

•A motherhood where I could go to the store to buy my kids food instead of waiting for a DME company to deliver their supplies and formula that will inevitably be out of stock.

•A motherhood where my kids could wear normal clothes and shoes without having to worry about fitting over AFO’s or working around a G-tube.
