STOP SAYING THIS TO SAHM’S:

1. “So you just sit at home all day?” As if 🤦‍♀️😮‍💨 Sahm’s are doing the job of a nanny, housekeeper, teacher, nurse, and chef on the DAILY. 24/7 work.

2. “You’re house should be clean if you’re home all day.” Toys on the floor, dishes in the sink, and laundry to be done are signs of a home well lived in. A ‘messy’ home does not = a lazy mom.

3. “What if your husband leaves you?” I’ve received this comment on my socials MANY times 😅 To these people I like to say—my marriage and choices to stay home are no one’s business. There is so much thought and conversation that goes into the decision to become a sahm.
