How should I style my turquoise earrings ???

I got these as a Christmas present from my brother when I visited him in AZ years ago - we visited Bisbee on a daytrip from the town he was living in at the time.

I LOVE these earrings but feel like I can never style them right? My other earrings seem to clash, but when I wear them alone they look too big ? Idk, but any advice is definite wanted and welcome 🤗
