Work out in the winter for the summer bod?!

Y’all I love this bc I can only work out in sweats and baggy shirts! And it won’t be hot and sweaty while I work outside, especially in Texas!

I’m a momma and your body changes so much! Not just physical but mentally as well… if that makes sense lol. I want to feel confident in my body again🫶🏻so some workouts I have to do at home. But no excuse to put some work in!

My goal is to tone up and muscle gain.

Trying to get better at eating 3 meals a day and prioritize my protein and just eat better!

Trying to get 10k steps in a day and make working out fun! Not a chore!
