Some things you’ll need if you have a c-section!!

Whether it’s an emergency or planned c-section, these are some things you’ll absolutely need for recovery! I found these super helpful and it’s best to get them beforehand because you will never think about it until you need it!

The Depends were a life saver, much easier than using a pad. At the hospital I was given some pads and disposable underwear and it was a bit of a struggle when I had to change it alone 😭

The silicone strips with the underwear and abdominal binder was such a good combo! It helped my body feel more intact instead of feeling like my insides were moving everywhere.

The peri bottle can be used for vaginal and c-section deliveries, it makes it a whole lot easier to wash yourself while you’re recovering 😌

The stool softeners will become your best friend, I promise lol

After a c-section, it’s hard to push without feeling like your insides will come out, so these made my postpartum experience much smoother!

The one thing I did not even think about was a grabber tool, you will need this whenever you need to reach down while you’re recovering because I had no idea how much this would help 🥹
