Valentine heart cookies 🫶🏼🍪

thumbprint heart shaped cookies ❣️

1 stick of butter (room temp)

1/2 c powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg yolk

3/4 c + 2 tbsp ap flour

Pinch of salt

Mix butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg yolk, then flour. Mix. Scoop cookie dough into balls, flatten slightly. Use finger or spoon end to make hearts. Fill with strawberry fruit spread. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 min.
