🇹🇼 | FREE XMAS / NYE date🎄✨

This is the single prettiest light exhibition I have been to in 2023 ❤️ When I said I was stunned, I was... literally standing still for 1 min just admiring their Christmas decor... the EFFORT 😩😩

This is 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, Taiwan’s take on light shows for the holiday season... it sure is SHOW STOPPING. The whole exhibit spans the Banqiao District, across 2 MRT stations: Banqiao & Fuzhong (which are both on the 🔹Blue Line).

We went there right before our 1AM flight at Taoyuan HAHAHHA and it was definitely worth ALMOST missing my flight for 😝 The vibes were immaculate... you can tell by the pictures that many people were just enjoying the atmosphere. There are some food stalls serving hot street food—we got pork sausages 🌭 & some milk mochi that we have been wanting to try 😋

This is an 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 that happens around mid-Nov, and every year there is a different theme! This year, it was a gingerbread one ... but I only realised in retrospect that the giant gingerbread was on top of the station exit of Fuzhong so I didn't take a pic 😭
