A little about me!

-My birthday is in September and I’m a Libra

-I got married a week after my 30th birthday

-I’m a mom to an amazing almost 6 year old little boy

-We are hoping to get pregnant with a second soon, fertility struggles are no fun at all and really take a toll on one’s mental health

-I live in NY in a mother daughter home with my parents

-I played softball for years and absolutely love that my son is taking a liking to baseball

-I have an addiction to all nut butters and do not discriminate

-I have 9 tattoos all with significant meanings

-My favorite foods are pizza and donuts, but they have to be really good or they aren’t worth it

-Working out is my escape

-I work as an online health and wellness coach, something I never dreamed I would do with my life

-I have lost 137 pounds from a mindset shift in my nutrition and doing workouts as home, now I mentor hundreds of women on the daily and help them reach their health and fitness goals

-I used to work in non-profit and come from a background of advertising, marketing and public relations

-I absolutely love reading personal development books and growing my mindset on the daily
