come with me on the busiest wellness event day!

my morning started off with an alo yoga event at the one hotel in West Hollywood.

the instructor was so amazing. It was one of the best classes I’ve been to in a super long time

and the breath work and the poses were just amazing

and it was a great way to start the day!

also flowing outside in the sun is one of my favorite things to do

next up we headed to Pause Studio for massages, B 12 shots, free bikinis, and everything wellness related!

this was a super cute event and we got so many amazing products

and after that, my friend hosted the beauty boost Los Angeles's launch party at her studio!

and there was cold plunges (which i did for two minutes and it was so incredible omg)
