4D3N Batam Trip <$400/Pax!? ⛴️ | How We Did It

Are you planning a trip to Batam? 🇮🇩 If you're worried about the expenses, fear not. Today, I'm here to share my 4d3n itinerary in Batam for under $400 per person! 🤠 Here's how we did it:

Day 1: Explore Harbour Bay

❖ Harbour Bay Mall

Upon arriving in Batam, we headed straight to Harbour Bay Mall. However, we found the mall to be quite deserted and most shops were closed early, possibly due to New Year's Eve. I would recommend arriving earlier or skipping this mall altogether.

❖ Altitude Rooftop Bar 🥂

We then went to Altitude Rooftop Bar to countdown for the new year, and the atmosphere was amazing. Even on a regular day, you can visit this rooftop bar to chill and enjoy the vibes. 🌌 The drinks were reasonably priced at around $15-20.

Day 2: Delicious Seafood and Shopping

❖ Love Seafood 🦞

For lunch, we discovered a hidden gem called Love Seafood Nagoya. 🤩 This local favorite offered the most fresh and value for money seafood in town. The crabs were tender and easy to crack, and the food were delicious! Our bill amounted to only $42 ($21 per person), which was a steal for such a satisfying meal if you ask me. 😋😋

❖ Grand Batam Mall | Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall 🛍️

After lunch, we visited Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall for some shopping.

❖ Mega Wisata Ocarina 🎡 | Freshbeer Batam Centre 🍛

In the evening, we visited Mega Wisata Ocarina, took some cute memorable pics and enjoyed some attractions there. There's an entrance fee of rp50000 (approx $5), and a separate rp15000 ($1.50) for the ferris wheel ride. Then, we had dinner at Freshbeer Batam Centre, which was nearby Mega Wisata and it was a pleasant experience.

Day 3: Relaxation and City Exploration

❖ Absolute Spa Massage 💆🏻‍♀️

To start the day, we pampered ourselves with a full-body aromatherapy massage at Absolute Spa. We booked this SUPER affordable 60min $11 massage through Kkday , highly recommended!! 💯 Afterwards, we returned to Love Seafood Nagoya for lunch and it sure did not disappoint. 🙌🏼

❖ Batam City Square Mall 🛍️

To continue our shopping, we headed to Batam City Square Mall. We even managed to get our nails done for less than $15, including extensions! 💅 Next, we headed to Turi Beach Resort, our next accommodation.

❖ GoFood Delivery 🛵

For dinner, we tried ordering GoFood delivery. We got fried rice with soup and drinks for a total of $18 ($9 per person), which was great value for money.

Day 4: Water Sports

❖ Harris Waterfront Resort

After catching the sunrise 🌅 and having breakfast at Turi Beach, we did some research and found that Harris Waterfront Resort offered the best prices for water sports. 💦 We headed to Harris Waterfront Resort, and ate lunch there as well.

❖ Water Sports! 🌊

We then did water sports, including jetskiing, banana boat riding, and the super thriller, all for just around $46 per person!! 🙌🏼 It was an affordable and fun way to conclude our 4d3n. & finally, we boarded the ferry back to SG.

Chubb Insurance: $10 each

$200 cash each for food and transport expenses throughout the trip.

Accommodations:
