Mini baked potatoes ! 🥔

Quick & Easy!!!!

This makes for a great snack or good side!

Ingredients |

•small bag of golden potatoes

•seasoning mix (my favorite is the fire & smoke | salt , garlic , and pepper )

• olive oil

•cheese

• chives

• sour cream

How to bake |

Preheat oven to 350

Place potatoes on pan with olive oil and seasoning

Bake for 15-30 minute or until you see the skin shriveling

(mine normally cooks for about 30 minutes)

Add your toppings and enjoy 😊
