🧺Picnic Food Idea: Gojuchang Tuna Onigiri🍙

A quick and cute picnic idea!

Onigiri is rice ball typically made with fillings such as tuna wrapped in a piece of nori! For this recipe, I made my own twist to it by adding gochujang and furikake to the rice which made it so much tastier!🍙🍙

All you need to make this are the ingredients listed below:

*1/2 cup sushi rice

*1 spoon of gochujang

*furikake (to your tasting)

*1 can of tuna marinated in olive oil

*kewpie mayo (to your tasting)

*seaweed

*kimchi

Directions:

1. Wash and cook your rice according to package

2. Combine tuna, kewpie mayo, and black pepper to your tasting and mix

3. Add gochujang and furikake to your sushi rice

4. Assemble rice, tuna, and rice in an Onigiri mold and enjoy with kimchi and seaweed!

It’s super quick to make if you get the onigiri molds which I got on Amazon and this makes for an affordable and cute picnic lunch!
