Easy cinnamon roll recipe

Yeast Mix

• 1/3 cup warm water

• 1 packet yeast

• 1/4 tsp sugar

Allow it to rest for 8-10 minutes.

Dough Mix

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1/3 cup buttermilk

• 1/2 cup milk

• 6 tbsp melted butter

• 2 tbsp oil

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 4 1/4 cups flour

After mixing, transfer the dough to an oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in volume.

Filling

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

• 1/2 cup melted butter

Roll out the dough, apply the filling, and cut using string or a knife. Cover and let it rise again. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
