Yes - it is possible! If you plan for the week, and plan each meal in detail. This week we were able to stay under budget due to having so many left over groceries from last week. Each week is different but because of our health we like to incorporate a salad a day (usually lunch) so that helps us plan for breakfast and dinner for the week. This is strictly food. We buy our toiletries from Dollar General, Walgreens etc.. where ever the best deals is for that week. Usually Sundays you can see new ads from all these stores and some even have coupons!
