1st step. look into your skin and check whether you have fair, light, medium, dark, tan, or deep color.

2nd. step. check your veins for undertones.

if you have blue to green veins - neutral undertones

if you have green to olive veins - warm undertones

if you have blue or purple veins - cool undertones

In my case, I have a fair neutral undertones. I can buy and try products using my skin tone.
