Hi! I’ve always been about 100lbs since I was 14. I was tired of it and it was pretty all I thought about. I stressed and stressed about gaining weight which led to me not being able to, some stress eat, some don’t eat because of stress.
1. If it’s taking a toll on you, you need to let go of the pressure you are putting on yourself.
2. Went from my normal to immediately the next day doubling what I ate. It was very hard, felt full and bloated, I should have slowly moved into it.
3. I wasn’t exercising or doing anything to help me increase my appetite which made it harder to do.
4. I wasn’t caring or paying attention to what I ate, just more casual junk foods rather than a healthy diet.
