Lululemon is the only place I’ve worked at where people actually return to the company after leaving.

Any other job I’ve worked at once you leave, you leave and never want to come back. But at Lululemon I know quite a few people who left because of school or whatever reason, and then came back to Lulu because the work culture is just so good and people like working there
