Different Educator Roles At Lululemon

DOFI - this is my favourite role because It’s relaxed and I get to move around talking to everyone coming into the store

Merchandising - being part of the merch team is so fun because you get to help design the layout of all the clothes in the store and see the new products

Cash - I like cash because it makes the shift go by really fast but sometimes it’s stressful if there are complicated transactions

Fits - fits is so fun but also stressful if a guest asks you to go fetch them a list of sizes and you’re also supposed to be ready to help other guests get into change rooms

Inventory/BOH - I don’t mind this role but I find it hard on my back and I don’t love climbing up and down ladders for stocking, but it’s a nice non guest facing role
