This is your sign to take a trip with your besties

Taking a week/weekend getaway with your friends is so needed!!

1. Take an adventure!

-we hiked to a waterfall and did a polar plundge and saw a waterfall! Building experiences together builds the relationship and builds memories.

-We also explored a nearby town and just shopped around and had lunch

2. Get active!

-this could include hiking but we played pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball! Even just getting outside and going on a walk together is fun!

3. Relax!

-Between school and work we all need time to relax, so on a vacation don’t let it all be go-go-go! Setting aside time to chill out and talk to your friends is good. Even napping is helpful 🤣

-we watched movies, cooked together, did our homework together.

Trips with friends is so important especially in college when you can can get in over your head with stress!
