Cheap And Quick Dinner Idea 🐟🍽️

🍋 this is my first ever time making Barramundi, i honestly didnt know this fish existed but i got it in a box from Misfits Market. I wanted something creamy for the potatoes but paired with the Lemon And Parmesan Roasted Asparagus 😍

For the Barramundi cream sauce I used half and half, olive oil, diced garlic, colorful cherry tomatoes cut in half and some parmesan and some mozzarella cheese. 😋

The texture of the fish was very thick and meaty which i wasn’t expecting and it had a mild flavor with the bit of freshwater taste. I overall enjoyed it though ❤️🥰 I would cook with this again! Maybe next time, i’ll fry it.
