Reaching your definition of a “high-value” woman

In your twenties, it's all about discovering who you are and what you stand for—your core values. I researched how to find my core values and ended up following a mixture of all the articles I read. Try these steps to find yours:

1. Make a list of things you love in life. It can be as long or as short as you want.

2. List the people who mean the most to you, those you admire or aspire to emulate.

3. Write down your greatest moments in life.

4. Google a list of core values.

5. Identify five words on the core values list that resonate across all your lists.

These five words should seamlessly reflect who you are, what you stand for, and what you hope to achieve in your lifetime. Hold firm to these words. They'll anchor you when life feels shaky. You’ll become your highest self in no time.
