I have four Cinnamon Sugar Rice Krispy Treats(Homemade), Two amazingly delicious Oreo Frosted Cookies, and a Cinnamon Roll(square)! It may not be healthy to you and I know it’s not healthy to/for me either, but eating something that’ll make me happy right before I take a nap makes sure I won’t wake up starving in an hour or so, making it safer for me and also helps me cut down on over excessive eating.
