Have you tried Kiala Super Greens? 🫛🥬🍉🍍🍋‍🟩Omg the flavor is AMAZING! My favorite flavor is the tropical splash! I drink one every morning on an empty stomach. I have bad stomach issues and I’ve been trying to figure out the problem. Kiala has helped me a lot (even tho it won’t completely get rid of your stomach issues) it certainly helps the process.

💭I’ve noticed when I first started drinking Kiala back in April it gave it energy and it helped me use the restroom. And the flavor is 10/10!

💭 I like to use a mixer and shake it with ice to get the smoothest texture as possible. But a mixer is not needed, you just have to shake it with ice for it to be less gritty.

💭 I order my greens from TikTok shop, the original is $29 but I always catch them on sale for $24-$26! Definitely worth the buy if you don’t eat greens daily!
