3 Outfits for Rainy Cool Days (PrincessPolly Dupe)

Did you know that this shrug-like cropped cardigan is called a bolero? Neither did I until I saw #princesspolly name this on their listings!

I’ve been wearing this a lot whenever I have to spend long hours inside an air-conditioned space (bleh study). I truly believe that it should be a staple for 2 very valid reasons:

1. Practical: it’s lightweight because it’s cropped but it keeps you warm enough! But it’s not too hot because you can keep it as a shrug and not wear it entirely on your body.

2. Stylish: it’s cropped so you can wear it easily with short dresses or with low waisted bottoms

Style 1:

I actually wore this on a date and got “it looks really really really really good” when I asked how’s my outfit today so there’s that. A bolero is great with a dress because of the length. I felt like the bolero helped softened the look and I liked it more!

Style 2 & 3:

Because it’s cropped to slightly above my waist, it creates a nice silhouette without looking jarring!
