Is Dior Skincare Worth it?!

Last Thursday I decided to take a break from my own facial package and try Dior’s precision’s facial.

I thought of doing this “switch” partly because I’ve been going to Erabelle’s facials and I don’t feel like it is helping my skin improve as much as before. Maybe my skin got used to their products? (Idk, hearsay your skin can get used to certain products if you’ve been using it for too many years).

The experience with Dior was a great one. The session is about 1 hour, the package I chose was their Precision Facial approx SGD260. The facial comprised of using their Prestige range of products. There was no fancy equipment throughout (i.e. LED light treatment, etc.), just hand massage 💆🏻‍♀️ on face & shoulder area.

I tell youuuu I didn’t have high expectations for my complexion to improve over 1 session. BUT 哦my天, the glow is real even after a day or two post-facial! & that led me to take the plunge to invest in their Prestige range 😱💸

My skin has never been this good in my life! The moisturising strength from the products when used in combination really plumps up your skin, lighten fine wrinkles and evens out the texture. I didn’t get any breakout even though I thought the cream might be too heavy for my combination skin to absorb. I am in shock and awe at how well my skin responded 😍

I’d recommend considering getting their kit set that’s currently going on promo now. Kit includes Essence Lumière (30ml) Solution Lumière (30ml) & La Crème (15ml) for SGD948. (Only the activated serum, Solution Lumière is in full size).

I had no intention of purchasing the kit actually. I only wanted to get their L’emulsion Lumière because I’ve finished some samples. While the La Micro-Huile De Rose was bought prior the facial because I heard really good stuff about it. I got La Micro-Huile De Rose in 30ml for SGD410 (SA told me it might need some getting used to (minor outbreak initially when she used it herself) so I didn’t dare to get the full size. Full size would be 50ml at SGD550).

I’m still riding on the high from all the skin compliments since 🤭🤣 DEFINITELY WORTH INVESTING IMO (think your face as a name card - was what the SA told me. Very good sales tactic hor? Picking on women’s insecurities).

About my skin type: Combination with oilier t-zone, dry cheek area.
